DIAMOND PACKAGE
You've got your fiancé, a ring and now you just need the cherry on top! A planner, to make sure your planning process is stress free. Everyone has you overwhelmed asking you when and where but you honestly haven't looked into it. We will help you fill in those blanks.

The Diamond Package is designed for someone who would like a planner to plan an entire weekend of events including the rehearsal dinner, the wedding and the farewell brunch. For the wedding day planning, the coordinator will be involved in venue selection for all events, to hiring and negotiating deals with quality vendors, to contracting multiple hotel room blocks. This client would prefer to leave all responsibilities in the coordinator's hands, including many of the design elements. DelCast Designs will arrange multiple site visits and help you choose the perfect venue that fits your budget and wish list.

The Emerald Package is designed for someone who would like to make all the decisions regarding the wedding but doesn’t have the time for the details and arrangements. From finding your venue, assembling your vendor team, managing your wedding budget and details, to designing your wedding, we will be available to you every step of the way. The full planning and design package will allow you and your fiancee to enjoy the engagement period and put your energy into the fun and exciting part of the planning process. Go ahead, relax and let us do heavy lifting.

The Platinum Package is designed for someone who has already begun the planning process and selected your venue and hired at least 2 core vendors (ex. catering, photographer, florist, music or rentals). You can plan some aspects of your wedding but would like professional assistance with design, vendor referrals/bookings, professional wedding advice, and management of the wedding day. This package includes ongoing design and schedule guidance as well as unlimited consultation during the engagement period.

The Gold Package is s designed for someone that only wants help with the final details. Their venue has been selected, all of the vendors have been hired, but wants help executing their vision on the wedding day. The perfect solution if you would like to plan every aspect of your wedding, but want to hire a professional for some peace of mind the few weeks leading up to, and, more importantly, on the wedding day. We will step in 8 weeks before the wedding to finalize the details, tie up the loose ends, manage the day and ensure everything you have planned for is flawlessly executed. Our team will work closely with you and become the main liaison between you, your venue and vendors especially on the month leading up to your wedding day. This will ensure a smooth process of getting all intricate details communicated correctly. Enjoy the last few weeks leading up to the big day. We’ve got your back!
